Refund policy

All our products are digital downloads, delivered immediately after payment. Because the files can't be returned once downloaded, sales are generally final.

When we refund

• A file is damaged, incomplete or won't open, and we can't fix it for you.
• The product is not as described on its page.
• You were charged twice for the same product.

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your order email and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within two working days. If we can't solve it, we refund you in full to your original payment method.

Colors

Printed colors depend on your printer, paper and screen settings and can differ slightly from the photos. This isn't a fault in the files.
